With our Account Management services, we will serve you as the lead point of contact for all operational aspects of the customer relationship during the contract life, identifying opportunities for proactive discussions with the customer, growth strategies and recommendations as to how your solutions may assist in meeting overall profitability objectives.

In this regard, the Account Manager strives to be the focal point of knowledge about the customers within the portfolio. This position is the customer's source for your product information and communication on critical operational issues.

With the Account Management services, your operations team can access account managers serving as a primary contact for your SMB merchant clientele as well.

Our responsibilities can include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives for companies across all verticals. 

We can take the responsibility to drive new business campaigns for different market segments and generate revenue.

We can up-sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships. 

Our skill set includes solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement, while building satisfied, loyal customers in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Beyond a passion for sales and a proven track history of selling technology solutions to Enterprise markets, our team possesses:


- successful history of net new business sales in Turkish territory
- a background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business in Turkey

- selling both through a Partner Network and directly to end customers 

- proven experience in hiring new Partners and pro-actively developing a strong Partner network in Turkey

- knowledge of selling into core industry sctors in Turkey - Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities 

- knowledge of selling into both Enterprise and SMB companies in Turkey

- proven ability to position the value AND vision of Social, Mobile and Cloud innovations to customers

- consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

- Knowledge of wider Cloud and Mobility Technologies and Innovations

- A deep understanding of Social Media, Cloud and Mobile Platform Technologies

- Previous experience in selling competitor Software / Cloud solutions ( CRM / ERP / Enterprise Applications )

- Fluency in English and Turkish language
